CV LOGO (hereinafter “cvlogo.com”) and its subsidiaries are Dutch companies. We are active in the European Economic Area (EEA) and store our data on servers located in the EEA region and the United States. Our services allow you to create a CV using templates. We process your personal data when you use our services, apps, websites and software. For convenience, hereinafter referred to as the “Service”. In this privacy statement, we outline when and how we collect, use and secure your personal data.

If you wish to use our service, you must provide us with your name, e-mail address and payment information. This is because this personal data is necessary in order to provide the Service to you. To distinguish you from other users, we also need to process your session ID. Other personal data mentioned above may be provided when you use the Service by writing a CV. However, you do not have to give us this personal information. If you give us your personal data, we will process them to write your CV.
If you choose to log in to our service through your social media account, we automatically collect your name and profile picture from your social media provider. We will enter this personal data on your CV.
You may share your CV with third parties through our Service, but only after you have given your prior consent. We record your consent, the date and time you gave your consent, and the IP address from which you gave your consent. If you have given your consent, we will share your CV and the personal data it contains with the parties you choose.
